Biography Form

To make your character, you must fill out the following form. Please read all of this carefully and follow the steps.



Name: What is the name of your character?

Gender: Is it male or female(boy/girl)?

Age: How old is he or she?

Desired Rank: Do you want to be a kit, apprentice, warrior, deputy, medicine cat, or leader?

Desired Clan: Do you want to be in FrozenClan or StormClan, or would you rather be a loner, rogue, or kittypet?

Physical Description: What does your cat's fur/pelt look like?
Personality: How does your character act? What are their habits? Are they snappy? Are they patient?

Character's Past: Describe the history of your character. Are their parents dead? Do they have a bad reputation now because of their parents or siblings? Do they have a huge grudge against their sibling and wish to kill them now? What's changed in their past that makes them act the way they do today?

Roleplaying Example: Show us how you roleplay and what you know! We want to see your skill, especially if you're applying for a high rank.

Notes: Tell us anything that was left out of the biography itself, or anything you'd like to tell the staff about this character.
